Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Lisboa Lunar, our goal is to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below, we detail how our logistics process works.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing times may experience slight delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Incorrect Addresses and Reshipments
We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to errors in the address provided by the customer. If the order returns to our facilities, the customer will be responsible for the costs of a new shipment.
6. Damage and Transport Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via email at contactolunaire@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the condition of the packaging and product.
